AI customer support, Crewe, our home town

An AI assistant that works while Crewe sleeps.

A branded AI customer assistant for businesses in Crewe and the surrounding towns. Trained on your services, answers enquiries at 9pm on a Saturday, captures the lead, and sends it straight to your inbox. £395 setup, £275 a month, fully managed from a Crewe studio.

Most enquiries arrive when no-one is in.

Crewe is a town that runs on independent businesses: estate agents, trades, clinics, restaurants, professional services. The pattern is the same across all of them. The phones stop ringing at 5pm. The contact form keeps working until 11pm. By Monday morning, half the enquiries that came in over the weekend have already gone elsewhere.

An AI assistant on your website does the bit you cannot do at the weekend. It answers the questions your buyer needs answered before they pick up the phone on Monday: pricing, opening hours, services, area covered, availability. It captures their details, qualifies them, and sends a tidy summary to your inbox.

It's not trying to be your sales team. Think of it as the on-call partner that stops you missing the people who tried to reach you out of hours.

78% of buyers go with the first business that responds (Lead Response Management Study, Oldroyd, MIT/InsideSales). UK estate agents take an average of over 7 hours to respond to email leads (Callwell, 2016).

How it gets built.

Three stages. About two weeks. Two short meetings, one of them on Zoom if you prefer.

01

Briefing

One hour. We gather everything: services, prices, FAQ list, tone of voice, escalation rules. What it must do, what it must never do.

02

Build and stress-test

We build the assistant, train it on your content, and run it through 30 plus realistic scenarios. Edge cases, awkward questions, attempts to trip it up. You see it working before it sees a real customer.

03

Launch and tune

Live on your site as a discreet chat bubble. We watch every conversation closely in the first month and tune monthly after that. You get reports, not raw data.

Honest pricing.

£395 setup, then £275/month

Fully managed. No per-conversation charges. No usage caps. Rolling monthly contract, 30 days' notice to cancel. The same price whether your assistant answers 50 enquiries a month or 500.

Common questions.

What is an AI chatbot actually doing for my business?

It sits on your website as a small chat window. When a visitor has a question outside business hours (or during, if you are on a job), it answers using everything we have trained it on, your services, prices, locations, hours, policies. It captures the enquiry, takes contact details, and emails them straight to you. You wake up to a lead instead of a missed message.

Where are you based in Crewe?

Crewe town centre. Small studio, by appointment. Meetings happen at Costa near the station, the Lyceum, or we come to you. Build and ongoing management are all run from Crewe.

What does £275 a month actually include?

The hosted assistant, hosting and AI costs, ongoing training as your business changes, monthly performance reports, content updates when you add services or change prices, and us as a human on the other end of an email when something needs adjusting. No per-conversation fees. No surprise bills.

How long does it take to get live?

Around 10 to 14 days from signing. Week one we gather your content, FAQs, services, tone of voice. Week two we build, test, and stress it with 30 plus realistic scenarios before it ever speaks to a real customer. Launch is on your website with the chat bubble in your brand colour.

Will it sound like a chatbot from 2015?

No. It is built on the same large language models that power ChatGPT and Claude, trained specifically on your business. It responds conversationally, knows when to hand off to a human, and never makes up information it has not been given. We stress-test for this before it goes live.

What if it gets a question wrong?

It is designed to escalate. If a question is outside what it knows, it captures the lead and says someone will follow up, rather than guessing. We review every conversation in the first month and tune it monthly after that. The whole point of managed service is that you are not the one fixing it.

Can I see one working before I commit?

Yes. There is a live demo on our site showing what an assistant for a fictional Cheshire estate agency looks like in practice. If you want to try it, the link is in the hero above.

Do I have to be in Crewe?

No. Crewe is our home base but we work with businesses across Cheshire, South Manchester, Stoke, and the wider North West. Most of the work is done remotely; the only meeting that has to be face to face is the briefing, and we are happy to drive to you.

Website not quite ready for the bot?

Same studio, separate product. We also build hand-coded bespoke websites for Crewe businesses from £1,500. If your current site needs a refresh before the AI goes on it, that's the other half of what we do.

Also serving.

Crewe is our home base. We build and manage AI assistants for businesses across the whole of Cheshire and the North West, from Nantwich and Sandbach up to Knutsford and Wilmslow. Three towns have dedicated web design pages where the search demand justifies it.

Want to talk?

The first conversation is short and practical. What your business does, what the bot would need to handle, what it would cost. About 20 minutes. No slides, no pitch deck.
