Common questions.
Will it confirm dates or bookings on its own?
No. It never confirms a date or a booking. It takes the couple's preferred date and details and passes them to your team. You stay in control of your diary.
What does it know about our venue?
Whatever you give us. Usually your website, brochure, price list, FAQs and supplier list. We add rules for anything it shouldn't discuss, such as discounts.
How long does setup take?
Typically 3 to 5 working days once the required content, access and approvals are ready.

Will couples know they're talking to an AI?
We recommend they do. The assistant can introduce itself as an AI assistant and offer a person whenever a couple asks for one. You decide the wording.
What if we need something more complex?

Do we need to change our website?
No. A small snippet of code is added to your site. Your web developer can do it in minutes, or we walk you through it.
